How to start diet and weight loss plan?

Well im 6′1 250 pounds. I got really out of shape and need a diet or plan that will work to lose weight and gain energy.

Fatloss4idiots diet plan is really helpful for me, it helps me loss 50 pounds in 3 months last year. It’s really working since you can generate a working diet plan with the food that you like it ad there’s 3 days cheat periods too. It’s really good.
