
Does anyone recommend a good diet weight loss fast?
I want to lose weight without using a fad diet and you want to lose weight naturally but fast at the same time. Please give me a program for 7 days to eat or a recommendation of good food. I also recommend to skip breakfast? Whenever I'm bored, skip lunch and end up eating, but when I'm not bored and not skip-breakfast snack. I am a little overweight teeensy Weensy according to Wii Fit ..
It is important to understand what happens when you skip a meal or going on a crash diet. When you skip a meal your metabolism slows to conserve energy. And when you lose weight too fast during few days, your body thinks it is threatened by starvation and goes into survival mode. Struggling to keep stocks of fat and weight loss comes mostly water and muscle. Never skip meals, especially breakfast, and eat healthy snacks between meals. Eating frequently prevents hunger pangs and bulimia, which follow, provides consistent energy, and may be the most effective way to maintain the efficiency of metabolism. Give eat slowly our bodies time to tell us they are full before we've eaten more than we need. People who eat healthy foods especially fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and limited amounts of lean animal protein, often find they can eat what they want no fat. If you move from a diet containing a variety of processed foods, they realize they can eat more yet consume fewer calories - and lose weight. Historically, the Chinese eat mostly rice and vegetables with a little lean protein and flavor, nothing like the Chinese restaurant dishes of American sweet and sour pork deep fried. A step backwards for more natural foods would improve our health and our size.
