Hello. I am a boy of 15 , who is 5'11, 230 pounds. And I need some advice on losing weight before starting school. I work out a lot. I play football in high school, and baseball competition in the summer. In football, I lose all my weight, but after that I'll win all of my weight for the baseball season. Please HELP!
