
Does anyone have tips on losing weight fast?
My prom is approaching Firday. And I do not fit into my dress as good as it should. I need some advice to lose extra weight fast. Can anyone tell me a system that works? Things you need ie: I do exercise and drink plenty of water for the day. Never take anything unless your drinks without sugar.
