I have been trying to lose weight but am finding it hard to find a very good fitness or weight loss program!?
whilst surfing the net for exercise and fitness program reviews I came across this website http://exerciseandfitnessreviews.com It looks pretty good and has a list of Top 10 Weight loss and Fitness programs. Can someone please give me some advice on which program I should choose to Lose Weight and Gain Muscle at the same time? Thanks in advance

Well, I had a look through all of those - and of the ones posted I have experience with 5 of them. The only one really liked out of all of the was the fat burning furnace. It has great step by step information for exercising and nutrition. It also gives you access to a lot of great recipes.
It has both an exercise regiment and a meal plan so you will gain muscle while losing fat!
